He is really a great broker. We were looking for someone who had local knowledge and was patient because we lived in TX and wanted to move but had to wait for the right financial time. Specifically, develop relationships and keep people abreast of all matters pertaining to their search. Are you kidding? Tommy was amazing! We could not have done this without him. He was our boots on the ground. We do not live in ID, so selling 3 income properties without being present was quite a feat! However, Tommy worked tirelessly to get quotes on paint and flooring for us, as well as oversee the subcontractors to make sure everything was completed--before we paid them. Seriously, these houses never would have been sold, if Tommy wasn't our Realtor. And, this didn't happen overnight. Tommy worked with us for 3 years until the market reached a point that we were ready to sell. He was always available, always ready to spring into action. And, always provided market information that was spot on!
